1 salad bowl

1 bag of spinach, uncooked

1 apple, cut into cubes or small bite size pieces

1 container of almonds (skip this if you have nut allergies)

1 bag of cranberry raisins- also known as "craisins"

Once your leaves are placed, cut up an apple into bite size pieces or slices, and mix into the leaves. Add 1 cup of almonds and spread among the leaves and apples, then add craisins and do the same.
