Try These Hott Honey Marinated Steak Tips for Super Bowl Sunday!

Although this is a time consuming recipe, it is for sure one worth making! Once you marinate your meat for 4 hours you will be ready for the next steps. Ingredients you will need:

  • 2 1/2 - 3 lbs sirloin steak tips
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons Beezy Beez Hott Honey
  • 3 tablespoons bourbon
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Now, to make these tasty steak tips.... 

  • In a bowl, mix together the Worcestershire, Hott honey, bourbon, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper. Whisk together until combination is smooth and consistent.  
  • In a small baking dish or plastic bag, lay the steak tips down add the marinade over the top. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.    
  • Once marinated, heat a grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak tips and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or more if they're especially large. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve hot!

You can also serve with a side of fresh green beans (bagged ones, not canned) or mashed potatoes.
